Welcome to Eastern Edit Pakistan. By accessing or using www.theeasternedit.online and placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Eastern Edit
Eastern Edit Pakistan is an online hand embroidery fashion brand offering curated and crafted eastern hand embroidered wear and related products through www.theeasternedit.online.
All products, descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on the website are subject to availability.
2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.
As almost all of our products incorporate handcrafted or artisanal elements, minor variations in embroidery, texture, stitching or finishing may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
3. Product Availability
Our products may be available in limited quantities. An item being displayed on the website does not guarantee its availability until the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Eastern Edit reserves the right to discontinue, modify or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing or technical error.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received/authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.
Eastern Edit reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Incorrect pricing caused by a technical or human error
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment authorization failure
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
6. Payment
Eastern Edit operates on an advance-payment basis.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Customers must complete payment through the payment method made available through our authorized checkout/payment service provider.
Eastern Edit does not accept cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, digital currencies or Skrill as payment for website orders.

7. Shipping
We deliver orders within Pakistan through our designated courier services. For outside Pakistan we are currently shipping through Skynet and pay them directly the amount they charge per kg for any country of interest.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eastern Edit operates a no-return, no-exchange and no-refund policy, except where a genuine issue qualifies for a resolution under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe that your item has a genuine manufacturing defect, you must contact us within the specified reporting period.

9. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
Our team is available to assist customers with sizing questions before an order is confirmed via Whatsapp or Instagram DM.
We strongly recommend reviewing the available measurements and contacting us if you require assistance.
10. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including name, delivery address, telephone number, email address and other information required to process an order.
Eastern Edit is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, designs, branding, videos and written material, belongs to Eastern Edit Pakistan or is used with appropriate permission.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
