Eastern Edit Pakistan operates on an advance payment basis for all orders placed through our website.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and are subject to successful authorization by the applicable payment service provider.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed through the Eastern Edit website.
Currency
All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully authorized and the order confirmation has been generated.
If payment has been deducted from your account but your order has not been confirmed, please contact us with your payment transaction details so that we can verify the transaction.
Payment Security
Payments made through our website are processed through authorized payment service providers. Eastern Edit Pakistan does not request or collect customers’ complete card numbers, PINs or banking passwords directly through email, WhatsApp or social media.
Customers should only enter payment information through the secure payment interface provided during checkout.
Third-Party Payment Methods
Eastern Edit Pakistan does not accept cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, digital currencies or payment services such as Skrill for purchases made through our website.
Customers should not send payments to any personal bank account, digital wallet or third-party account unless specifically instructed through an authorized Eastern Edit communication.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment channel and may be subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
